Refusal-risk scoring for Cash-on-Delivery on Shopify
Your buyers pay with Shopify’s own Cash-on-Delivery method at the native checkout — COD Flex never touches checkout and never places orders. When a COD order comes in, COD Flex scores how likely it is to be refused (past refusals, delivery region, order value) and tags the risky ones so you call-confirm or hold them before you pay to ship. Refused parcels teach the score, so repeat refusers are caught next time. On Shopify Plus it can also auto-hide COD at checkout for known serial refusers.
